Abdulrahman Bin Abdullah Abanmi
CHAIRMAN & PARTNER
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Saud University, in 1985. In the same year, he joined the Riyadh City Telecommunications (“Saudi Telecom Company”), where he was appointed as Manager of the Claims Office from 1985 to 1990.
He then served as Head of the Legal Department for the Central Region from 1990 to 1992. Subsequently, he began practicing law and providing legal consultancy through his own private office under a license issued by the Ministry of Commerce at the time, until the issuance of the Law Practice Regulation. He is considered one of the first licensed lawyers to practice the profession, holding license number 177/23. He is also a member of the Saudi Bar Association and the Arab Lawyers Union.
Jamal Al-Otaibi

HEAD OF SAUDI ARABIA
A PhD researcher, he holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Law with distinction (2015) and a Bachelor’s degree in Law (2000). A former advisor at the Ministry of Commerce, he has been a licensed attorney since 2004, under license no. 95/25 issued by the Ministry of Justice. He is a member of the Saudi Bar Association and an international fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), UK.
Nashmi Bin Qaed Al-Otaibi
PARTNER
Holds a Master’s degree (LL.M) in Tax Law from the University of Florida, USA (2020), a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from Dar Al Uloom University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (2016), and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Al Mustaqbal University (2014). He is a practicing attorney with over ten years of experience and a member of the Saudi Bar Association. He is also a published author in leading international legal platforms such as Tax Notes and LexisNexis, and a visiting lecturer at IE University.
His areas of expertise include commercial and tax law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as international tax practices and treaties.
Xavier Seguí
PARTNER
Xavier is a tax lawyer qualified in Spain with over 13 years of international tax experience. Previously worked for more than six years at the Middle East’s largest law firm in Dubai and Riyadh, and more than four years at the second largest European firm in Barcelona.
He regularly advises a wide range of clients including individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices, financial institutions, and local and multinational companies.
He has experience across all taxes, including corporate and personal income tax, Zakat, VAT, excise tax, withholding tax, wealth tax, inheritance tax, double taxation treaties, transfer pricing and real estate transfer tax, in a wide range of industry sectors.
He is a regular contributor to tax publications, including Bloomberg Tax.
Aida Kellal
SENIOR COUNSEL
Ms. Kellal was previously co-head of the Middle East Desk in the top firm Cuatrecasas for the past 12 years, and practiced law in France and the UAE with the largest law firm in the Middle East.
Ms. Kellal has extensive experience in M&A transactions, advising both public and private entities, as well as local and international clients on crossborder acquisitions and investments.
She specialises in private equity, public concessions and public private partnerships, and has extensive experience in the industrial area (chemical, water production and automotive), logistics and engineering.
Ms. Kellal is a qualified lawyer in France and Algeria. She is a visiting professor at the IE Business School in Madrid and at the International University of Catalonia.
Mubarak Al-Jak

He holds a Master’s degree in Law with distinction from the University of Khartoum, 2004, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the same University, 1999.
A licensed attorney since 2000. He has served as a legal advisor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for over twenty years, he is an expert in dispute resolution and litigation, with a focus on administrative and labor law.
Hazem Al-Sharif

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Assiut University, Egypt (1990), and has been a practicing attorney for over 35 years, specializing in contract review and legal advisory services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He is also a member of the Arab Lawyers Union.
Nasser Al-Eissa
INVESTMENT EXPERT
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management. He previously served at the Ministry of Investment for 15 years, during which he held positions including Licensing and Government Services Specialist, Regional Director of the Business Center in both the Central and Western Regions, and Director of the Investment Monitoring Department.
He was also a member of the committee responsible for developing the Licensing Procedures Manual and is recognized as an expert and advisor in foreign investment affairs.
Nawaf Al-Roqi
